Ulmer
Agency Mission Statement
The Ulmer Agency is dedicated to serving the Knights of Columbus members and families in the jurisdiction of the Arlington Diocese in Virginia in a manner consistent with the principles established by Father Michael J. McGivney. These founding principles are promoting unity in the Catholic faith and providing protection for our members, widows and children. We promote the Order and the fraternal benefits that fulfill these principles.
In addition, the Agency offers products that provide living benefits for college education, mortgage liquidation, emergency cash needs, long term health care, and retirement income, trough our Order's life and long term care insurance, and annuity programs. As Knights serving Brother Knights, we adhere to the highest standards of ethical behavior, morality, integrity, and religious and family values.
We
promote the image of Field Agents by acting as fraternal benefits
counselors who educate the members on the full range of fraternal benefits
available, including the Order's and State Council's scholarship and grant
programs, and the ervices provided to Church, Council,
Community, Family and Youth.
As professional Field Agents, we are constantly improving our value to our members by completing continuing education courses, attending seminars, participating in Agency training sessions, and by being active members of the National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors (NAIFA).
We
always present a professional image through our dress, speech, habits, and
demeanor.
We
assist our assigned councils with membership recruiting and retention.
We
render immediate assistance when there is a death in the family regardless
of the member’s insurance status with the Order.
The general agent, field agents, and administrative staff are a team, mutually supporting each other to attain individual and Agency goals. |
